The Loft Shop are proud to present the Fantozzi vertical wall access ladder to their range. These ladders are reliable and robust. They come complete with their own hatch and frame and suit various heights. See below for the many hatch sizes and heights. This basic version of the ladder consists of the following features:

• 12mm thick steel hatchbox and 140mm in depth
• 16mm thick chipboard (unpainted) trapdoor
• Handrail fitted to the right hand side
• Operating pole Ladder itself made from die cast alminium

Please be sure to tell us your floor to ceiling height at time of ordering. As this is a made-to -order product please be advised that the estimated delivery dates are merely a rough guide. Please give us a call or send us an e-mail if you have any concerns.

Please note that the made to measure loft ladders sold on this website are made to your stated floor to floor and floor to ceiling measurements.  These products are therefore deemed to be 'special goods'. Please make sure that the dimensions you provide are accurate because under paragraph 8.8 in The Loft Shop’s Terms and Conditions (see below) the buyer does not have the right of cancellation and no refunds will be given in the event of the wrong dimensions having been given.
