The Zig Zag Junior stairway is manufactured from die cast aluminium components and is generally used as a commercial stairway with a load capacity of 200kgs per tread, 500kgs for the overall stairway unit.

Manufactured to DIN EN 14975 (DIN4570), a stairway unit supplied as a ready to fit unit comprising

of a counter balanced, sprung aluminium stairway made from die cast components.

• Floor to Fixing Height: Maximum of 3390mm to bottom edge of backboard
• Opening Length: Minimum required see chart on detailed description (tab above)
• Opening Width: Minimum required see chart on detailed description (tab above)
• Mounting Headboard size 590mm wide x 200mm
• Tread Size: 350 x 140mm for stairways up to 11 treads and 300 x 140mm for 12 treads

The above is listed as the absolute minimum but ideally you require the below for the zig zag junior

9 Tread - 750mm (List shows 620mm)

10- Tread - 800mm (List Shows 670mm)

11 Tread - 850mm (List shows 750mm)

12 Tread - 900mm (List Shows 820mm

For easy access make the length as long as is possible, an ideal would be 900mm - 1000mm for easy access.
