This concertina ladder is a fire resistant ladder and acts as a blaze block in case of fire inside the building, preventing the smoke from entering the fire-free storey. The concertina ladder is fire resistant for 60 minutes. This ladder reaches floor to ceiling heights up to 280cm.  Overall floor to ceiling ladder height can be increased to a maximum of 330cm by adding two extra treads (POA)
