The Loft Shop Sun Tunnels effectively transmit natural daylight to internal rooms or areas that do not receive adequate daylight. Natural daylight is captured at roof level and directed downwards through the flexible tubes and then diffused at ceiling level.

Very Unhappy

Wrong bits sent. Took ages to get the correct bit. instructions for the product were vague and some missing. All round disappointing.

Tom, we thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the issues you experienced with your order. This was initially a slight issue with an item missing from the product ordered which was exacerbated by problems with the couriers used to send the replacement. We are most upset that on this ocassion we could not provide the level of service you might expect from the Loft Shop. However we appreciate the feedback and have taken measures to ensure that the same thing does not happen again. We have as you know sent you a voucher as a gesture of goodwill and hope that despite this experience, the way we have handled the issue was to your satisfaction.

The sun tunnel does indeed bring in a lot of light to an otherwise dark area that light would not normally reach. Loft Shop thnks its a great product.
